Are the wood boards food safe?
Yes. Our disposable wood boards are made from food-safe materials and are designed specifically for serving charcuterie, desserts, sandwiches, and other appetizers.

Yes. Our boards are made from natural wood materials and are designed as an eco-friendly alternative to plastic serving trays.
Can the boards be reused?
While the boards are designed for single use and easy cleanup, they may be reused if they remain clean and undamaged after use.
Do you recommend using a liner?
For foods with moisture or oils, we recommend using a food-safe liner such as parchment paper or deli paper. This helps maintain the appearance of the tray and prevents moisture from soaking into the wood.

How quickly do orders ship?

Do you offer a sample pack?
Yes. Our sample pack allows you to try multiple tray sizes before placing a larger order.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship across the United States.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in their original condition and packaging.
Can disposable boards be returned if they have been used?
No. Because our boards are intended for food service, used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at lovelyboardsfl@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with the order.
How do I start a return?
To start a return, please email us with lovelyboardsfl@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
